Refund Policy

1) Customers who paid by MPU Card,
please check your data thoroughly before confirming your order.

2) Confirmed orders are not allowed to be cancelled.

3) Customers who use COD method, please send your Order ID and customer data to info@mobilekingmyanmar.com or contact Ph- 09 for cancelling within 24 hours after being ordered if the order has to be cancelled for any reason.

4) Customers who paid by direct bank transfer or MPU payment, you will not be charged for anything except for the transition fees specified by the relevant banks if refunding has to be made due to stockout.

5) Duration of refunding process is the processing time of relevant banks after it was processed by Mobile King.

6) If the product ordered by the customer has arrived without any defects,
we will not process the product exchange or refund.

1) MPU card နှင့် ဝယ်ယူသော customer များအနေဖြင့် Order confirm မပြုလုပ်မီ အချက်အလက် များကိုကိုသေချာစွာစစ်ဆေးပါ။

2) Customer အနေဖြင့် Order confirm ပြုလုပ်ပြီပါက Order cancel ပြုလုပ်၍ မရနိုင်ပါ။

3) COD စနစ်ဖြင့် ငွေပေးချေလိုသော customer များအနေဖြင့် အကြောင်းကြောင်းကြောင့် Order cancel ပြုလုပ်မည်ဆိုပါက order ပြုလုပ်ပြီး ၂၄ နာရီအတွင်း info@mobilekingmyanmar.com နှင့် ဖုန်း 09-885033434 သို့ Order ID နှင့်
customer ၏အချက်အလက်များကိုပေးပို့ပြီး cancel ပြုလုပ်ရမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

4) Direct bank transfer, COD, MPU Payment များနှင့် ပေးခြေသော customer များအနေဖြင့် ကုန်ပစ္စည်း လက်ကျန်မရှိခြင်းကြောင့် refund ပြုလုပ်ရပါက သက်ဆိုင်ရာဘဏ်များ၏ သက်မှတ်ထားသော transition fee မှအပ Mobile King အနေဖြင့် ကောက်ခံမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။

5) Refund process ကြာချိန်သည် Mobile King မှ refund process ဆောင်ရွက်ပြီး နောက်ပိုင်း သက်ဆိုင်ရာဘဏ်များ၏ processes ကြာမြင့်ချိန်အတွင်းသာဖြစ်သည်။

6) Customer မှ မှာယူသော ကုန်ပစ္စည်းသည် အမှားအယွင်တစ်စုံတရားမရှိဘဲ ရောက်ရှိပြီးပါက ကျွန်ုပ်တို့အနေဖြင့် ကုန်ပစ္စည်းလဲလယ်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ငွေပြန်အမ်းခြင်းများကို လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။
